These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by WORLD DYNASTY SDN. BHD. [Registration No. 202101027789 (1428089-A)] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), covering online retail sales and wholesale distribution of frozen food and foodstuff in Malaysia.

1. Services

We offer (a) retail sale of products over the internet and (b) wholesale and distribution of frozen food and other foodstuff. Product availability, pricing and MOQ may change without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after we accept them and payment arrangements are agreed. Wholesale quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing. We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.

3. Delivery

Delivery times for frozen goods depend on cold-chain logistics and destination. Risk of loss transfers according to the delivery terms stated on your invoice or quote.

4. Food safety

Buyers of wholesale frozen and foodstuff products are responsible for proper storage after delivery. We are not liable for spoilage caused by mishandling after handover.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
